 The value of your virtual prepaid card is located on the front of your virtual prepaid card.

3. How do I use my virtual prepaid card?

A) Select a retailer where MasterCard is accepted (in-store or online).

B) At checkout, select MasterCard as the method of payment, to be processed as a credit card (you will have to hand the printed out virtual prepaid card to the cashier).

C) Enter the 16-digit account number located on your virtual prepaid card, along with the security code.

4. I lost my virtual prepaid card, can it be replaced?

Your virtual prepaid card can not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

5. Is this a credit card?

No, your virtual prepaid card does not function like a credit card. You are limited to the value that is already on the card.

 6. How long will I be able to use this virtual prepaid card?

The virtual prepaid card can be used until the expiration date on the front of your virtual prepaid card or until you have spent the value available on the virtual prepaid card, whichever comes first.

 7. What if I don't spend the full amount on my first use of the virtual prepaid card, will the remaining value still be available to me?

Yes, the virtual prepaid card can be used until it expires or until you have spent the full amount available on it, whichever comes first.

8. Can I add money to my virtual prepaid card?

No, your virtual prepaid card is not re-loadable.
